Victimhood is a highly INEFFECTIVE way of handling the act of being wronged or harmed. It serves no purpose but to gain short-term sympathy and attention while harming others.
Labour isn't "labour". Management isn't "management". Both are simply human beings with human needs who may make human mistakes. When we embrace this fact, the collective bargaining process becomes less painful.
Past adversities should never define who we are today. Instead, these obstacles create the building blocks of personal success if we know how to use them.
